The market insights could have been better but its a little tough to navigate. The training by the finlistics team was great, the consulting team taught the users on how best to use it, but this is very US centric. the team taught us. ClientIQ is an excellent software to use in tandem with other CRM's like Orion. ClientIQ helps my team to see the interactions between the customer and our different outreach techniques. ClientIQ is obviously a very powerful tool, if that wasn't the case, it wouldn't be as popular as it is. There is a ton of flexibility to make it your own and use it the way you want to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface and how the system requires tons of information. This is a system which the user needs to understand what is required from him to get the result that the company requires. So a lot of analysis is asked of the user in order to put the data. Which is highly counter useful. I wished that this is something that the finlistics team could do better. There are so many steps to having a complete file, so this isn't a lazy program. If you're going to use it, commit to using it, otherwise, crap in, crap out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The power of 1 is very useful in showing the impact of a 1% increase of decrease in various business aspects. Additionally, the ability to view how a client is stacking up against the competitors in their industry is very useful information to have before meeting with a client. One of the tabs I frequent the most are the conversation tabs. They allow me to form well structure lines of inquiry and help me to make the conversation flow very naturally with any level of client that I am meeting with. The support was absolutely amazing! It made me understand how to properly approach our client with the right story-telling. Also,the interface is really easy to use so, if you are familiar with the financial/economics terms, you could left-pace learn how to get the best insights through company and industry analysis.
