What do you like best about Fini?

Have been using Fini's AI tool for almost a year now and I'm thoroughly impressed with its ease of use and seamless integration process. What do you like best about Fini?

We have been using Fini for about 6 months and so far everything has exceeded our expectations. Deep and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and make implementation a breeze. The team at Fini is what really sets them apart from their competitors. They are honestly the best. We have through some challeneging use cases their way and they are always ready to tack on the challenege and help bring the vision to life. They have a dedication to making sure both our customers and us to have a great experience. I appreciate they are always trying to grow the product and make it more self serve which I really appreciate. They are always looking to evolve the product to the needs out both us and our customer. What do you like best about Fini?

Deep, Karan, and the rest of the Fini team have been so helpful, informative, and flexible to work with. It is super rare that you can have an issue with a product or service, and they will ask you for a wishlist of how you would like to see it perform better -- not only that but for them to implement those changes, and QUICKLY.

What do you dislike about Fini?

I honestly cannot think of one. Most of the downsides of AI are typically in the knowledge and instruction, not the implementation. Especially with Fini, where they are so quick to improve or add imlpementation features, most of the time when we have a negative experience with the bot, its something my team can improve upon. What do you like best about Fini?

We have a complex product with multiple different personas that use i. This meant that most solutions on the market hallucinated (because they just used OpenAI APIs).

Fini allowed us to be able to control the experience based on our data along with providing past tickets to learn from. Their integrations into our systems made this a breeze and very easy to use.

The set up time was less than a week and we were up and running.

What do you dislike about Fini?

We were one of their first customers so they had to build a lot of custom integrations for the sytems we used. Overtime that library has expanded and now everything we need is already built in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quick and Easy Setup: The fact that Fini allows for the creation of a powerful AI-driven customer support chat in just 2 minutes without any coding is revolutionary. For businesses looking to integrate AI into their customer support, the ease of setup and deployment is a massive advantage.

Multi-Platform Support: Fini’s no-code approach made it so easy for us to deploy across slack, and zendesk support

Security: Fini’s focus on security is top notch. With all the horror data breaches we have seen across vendors, it’s refreshing to see Fini focus on actual security through multiple measures like PII masking, SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR. Also they are leading with AI security & compliance with ISO 42001 readiness.

Cost and Efficiency Improvements: Fini helped us automate 75% of support issues along with increased customer satisfaction which is huge
