I appreciate that I can find most things I need and if I can't, a quick call to my account rep can usually solve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Each time there is a fix for a bug, that fix typically creates another issue or bug to become present in the system, breaking reports and providing inaccurate data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Routing is amazing and I love how easily I can access all of my branches from my iPhone. Reporting is also very intuitive easy to follow. The service report is easy to fill out and very customizable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't care for the selling process on the iPhone I find it not very intuitive and difficult. I have used better selling platforms. I also don't care for its inability to let multiple users access one customers profile at a time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This Company and Software could fulfill a need in the Pest Control Industry because there are advantages to the actual software when I compare it to the other companies in this market space. Servpro, Pestpac, Service Auto Pilot, Route Rite. The cost of the service is also a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unable to group locations under a Bill to account allowing the Client the ability to have just one login to the portal. Email reminders have no way to know if they have been sent without talking to the client they were sent to. The routing module is not as easy to use and therefore takes more time for routing costing more on labor.
The largest problem though is their lack of Communication especially after COVID restrictions. Emails are not answered and when they are it is more of a generic response. My personal experience with them compares to when I first started using PestPac in 2006. It is a good product but the ability to communicate effectively with their customer lacked especially on the West Coast as they were based on the East Coast. My hopes are that with some time and with the company recognizing their shortcomings when it comes to communication and correcting them, PestRoutes could really Compete in the market. My issue with PestRoutes is that when our Company made the decision to switch to PestPac and I sent in an email explaining our intentions to cancel and asking them what the process is. I had to send three emails over the period of 2 weeks to finally get a response and that response was not to explain the process as I asked but it only asked the reasons why. I was kind enough to take the time to tell them why and then I received an email that wanted me to elaborate. First of all I am not responsible for helping them fix their issues and second, I was in the process of changing over our system so as anyone knows this is a very time consuming process while still operating the business so I did not respond back other than to ask for confirmation of the cancellation. At that point I did not receive a response until I then sent another email 5 days later asking for confirmation at which time I still had not gotten an answer about the process other than what I was experiencing which was them dragging out the cancellation and then charging me another monthly fee and also allowing customers to still pay thru the Client Portal which I assumed(bad on me) they would not be able to.
All of this to say that a simple response either by phone or email which explained how the cancellation Process works would have saved me from not just money spent but more importantly the time to continually try to confirm that my account was cancelled. The API is not flexible and segmented in such a way that it makes writing applications that use the data in real time complex. Essentially it’s good for copying data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How easy the platform is to use and that it is customize able. Pest routes makes it easy to access the information I need. I am able to track my applicators live, go back and review paperwork. Make changes to routes, customer accounts, billing, scheduling, reports, sales, etc. I am also able to manage all my interstate locations and organize my SP's into teams. That you cannot search the entirety of your pest routes for a customer without first selecting the branch. There was no training for me in pest routes so I am unfamiliar if there are more features that I haven't discovered that may be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am new to the Pest Control industry and PestRoutes has been a breeze to learn! It's SO user-friendly and I feel like it all "makes sense". Everything you need is right where you need it and labeled in plain English. Learning a new industry is hard enough, but not having to struggle with the software has DEFINITELY made my life easier. The only downside I can think of is that I'd really like to be able to see the Appointment Notes somewhere together, like on the Notes screen. I know some of them are there, but it would be convenient to see the notes that I or the Salesman type in for the Tech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service is great. I like how responsive your support team is. I also like how the designers are always looking for new ways to improve the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing that I have had the most problems with is the scanner portion of the app. It's very frustrating to scan in all the stations and them have them lost due to a glitch in the software. This happens so often that I am afraid to try to use the app to scan the stations. I am way disappointed in the app for this reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say that the things I like the most about this software are these:
1- Stability of the software (It does not suffer from major bugs/breaks, when it does they are resolved/fixed quickly
2- Ease of use (It takes me far less time to train my CSRs/Technicians/Sales Reps on the software)
3- Pestroutes Team (The Pestroutes team are very enjoyable/easy to work with. They are also very responsive) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not a perfect software (I don't think any perfect software exists) but surpasses all other Pest Control software by far. I suppose I dislike not having company specific features implemented, but that is a small dislike in comparison to the enormous benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
