What do you like best about Feedvisor?

We love the constant repricing and access to the insight reports. Feedvisor has allowed us to get all the information we need, in one portal to boost our sales but more importantly, our profits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feedvisor?

I wish Feedvisor could help us in more aspects of the selling platform like listing optimization, creating listings and just generally be more involved with issues that sellers face on a daily basis. During the onboarding period we had weekly meetings with our account manager, who was very helpful in getting us organized and on track to boosting sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Feedvisor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are increasing our profits, which was our main concern and why we began working with Feedvisor. We quickly learned that this is not just a repricing software, it has given us the ability to stay ahead of our competitors - even when we don't have the lowest price, we are still winning the buy box. "Personal Touch"

What do you like best about Feedvisor?

Feedvisor provides a very personalised service via the account managers. This makes a tremendous difference in an age were companies are becoming less personable as they automate their online services.

The platform has helped to give a bird's eye view of our Amazon business and has helped us to streamline our reports to understand exactly where our business is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feedvisor?

The platform can still be a bit clanky. We notice some lag especially when the USA wakes up. The lack of a mobile app is also a minus.

We also don't like the having to switch between market places when updating listings. It would be useful if we could have all the market place prices summarised in one place so that it becomes easier to update prices etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
