What do you like best about Feedvisor?

Feedvisor is great to help manage your prices on Amazon and provides great reports to keep your inventory managed well. Using feed advisor we set min and max prices and they also help us make sure we are not going below the MAP price. They are helping us increase sales by bettering our price management strategies. What do you dislike about Feedvisor?

There is not much to dislike, it would be nice if they tracked eBay and Walmart as well as they do for Amazon, but that's understandable. But the features they provide for amazon are so great they don't have much of a downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Feedvisor solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are a ton of benits with feedvisor and I've realized that having pricing software like them is very important when selling online. if you do not have pricing software you are way behind other competition. What do you like best about Feedvisor?

The interface on the dashboards and reports are very user-friendly. It makes everything clear and easy to use, which helps us do our part to grow our sales. We love the customized reporting that we get and the special attention from FeedVisor's staff to help us grow our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feedvisor?

There's always room for improvement even in a great company... It would be great if we can have our system fully integrated with FeedVisor.

For example, repricing Refurbished & Used conditions in addition to New.

Dashboards that tailor a bit more to you needs.

We would love to have the ability to 'Reprice' multiple products in 1 shot (without needing to import a file).

We would also love to be able to somehow have the actual shipping cost on the product based on previous shipments (pulled from Amazon's API) to tell us what the average shipping rate is for the product.

Suggestions that Seller Central give us to be given to us by FeedViso - so that we're doing everything in 1 place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you're the type of person that believes that you get what you pay for and are not afraid to let systems run instead of you (i.e. like to scale instead of staying limited to the people), then FeedVisor is perfect for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FeedVisor has contributed in many ways for us in addition to simply repricing. Reporting has been a key ingredient in growing our sales. and nobody has reporting like FeedVisor does.

What do you like best about Feedvisor?

Feedvisor does a great job with their U/I. I also enjoy the ability to adjust the algorithm depending on if we have too much or a shortage of inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feedvisor?

Little bugs that aren't taken care of. Inability to factor in more variable cost into the floor pricing (example: part of FV bill is rev share. the analysis does not allow us to include this cost) I also dislike system updates without notification. Set a goal (sales or gp) and give FV at least a month to meet or beat your current standards and save you money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Feedvisor?

What I liked best about Feedvisor was the personalized and comprehensive service given by "success managers" throughout the process to lead one through each step of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feedvisor?

I disliked the fact that there are several levels of users (with the easiest to use ones of course being more expensive) and that you basically have to pay a lot to really get the best use out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Feedvisor:

In terms of recommendations, what I would tell to others is that you need to make sure this particular company's product is well-tailored to what you are seeking to use it for, otherwise the problem is that you may end up paying too much. Additionally, the last thing I would say is that Feedvisor appears to be headed in the direction of forcing folks to pay more for reach level of the product and that is frustrating, mainly because of the fact that the software is already a relatively expensive one and the new leveling system and attempts at at getting more money out of clients does not seem to me to be a step in the right direction. Additionally there was the occasional issue with regard to getting back in touch with your actual success manager rather than a random one which could be frustrating. Besides being a great repricer Feedvisor helps us manage our day to day inventory needs with reports that let us know exactly what is going on in our business. Feedvisor has help us keep items in stock so that we are not losing out on potential sales.It helps us gain a greater share of the buy button on Amazon and at a higher profit on many items. It lets us know when we can raise prices as well as lower them to increase volocity. What do you like best about Feedvisor?

We really loved that we had a dedicated direct contact there who was very helpful. They were happy to get on a call at any time to discuss any issues that we had. It updated faster than the other repricers that we could find and if it weren't for the fact that Channel Advisor added an integrated repricer we would definitely use it still. What do you dislike about Feedvisor?

The cost to use it was a factor but it seemed pretty fair to us. The only reason we left them was because we got a repricer for free from Channel Advisor Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was very happy with the service. The best selling point in my opinion is the amazing service. They're willing to help you as much as you want and being able to talk to the same person throughout your time with them is a huge benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Feedvisor solving and how is that benefiting you?

This gave us the ability to constantly adjust pricing based on the market and also raise prices when competition left. Feedvisor not only would lower prices based on what was going on in the marketplace they would also raise if competitors left the market. This helped immensely when our catalog grew because it was no longer possible for us to manually do it. Also since it was automated on the weekends when we were busy and not online as much it allowed our products to maintain the buy box. It also works on margin instead of a rules based pricing. Instead of automatically going down .1 or . 10 to try to gain the buy box it would go based on the margin you set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
