Feedback loop helps us quickly write up tests that give us insights about various aspects of our user journeys. We run multiple tests a week and so being able to easily organize our tests into individual projects helps tremendously. While we do get a lot of valuable quantitative insight from Feedback Loop, sometimes we do wish we had the capability to formally ask questions to our users face-to-face in order to gain a more qualitative insight. You can have results in just one week. and the results are in the dashboard which is easy to read, share and present to the team. Feedback Loop offers a tool that can be used to help consumers provide more effective and timely feedback. It has been an investment by senior leaders to allow our team to learn and take risks in the product improvement process. It forces me to critically examine my assumptions and focus on the most critical decisions. Keeps the team quick, smart, and always open to suggestions on how to enhance our experiments. I want the data to be normalized based on the population being surveyed. We can accomplish this with secondary tests that consider only the audience of choice for the initial test population, but it would be great to have this capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is speedy and easy to use, very friendly user software. I belong to an R&D position, and working with a TI system was very easy to try. Topline results are easy to understand, concrete conclusions, and the analysis of the results too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1) It is impossible to include more than 3-4 open questions in a survey.
2) Perhaps it would be helpful to include templates for Conjoin and MaxDiff analysis to enhance concepts.
