The 4 image restriction seems a bit strict at times. This and the fact that we cant link users to a clickable prototype. I understand that a fully interactive prototype isnt what this type of tool is built for, but what about showing an image and asking a user to click on a part of the image that seems like the right next step, or being able to see a mobile screen in a mobile frame and not as a static image? I haven't been involved the contractual negotiations but I understand that the service doesn't come cheap. Having said that, from what I have experienced it must be well worth the money as we've been able to validate ideas quickly and find the right solutions before heavily investing in building something. Templates are helpful for inspiration, research consultants are helpful, courteous, and responsive. Launching a survey is fast and easy (response rates are quick as well), and the queue is great for estimating timelines and seeing what's happening across the team. I appreciate the additional editing done by the research consultants; it makes me feel confident about how the survey will be conducted. Demographic data are automatically compiled, making it easy to see at a glance who my respondents are. I like that I can filter survey results by other questions for deeper analyses. Organizing custom audiences is a bit difficult (maybe I don't have the right permissions? Duplicate or similar audiences make it difficult to select the one that we want). Our team has a bit of a more niche audience and sometimes our respondents don't provide much detail or seem to know the subject matter as well as we expect (but still provide useful data). There is some room for improvement with Feedback Loop in how screeners are set up and the ability to edit screeners, but I understand those improvements are in the works.
