FedEx Ship Manager Pros and Cons

FedEx Ship Manager makes it easy to send out packages that arrive the next day. You can save "shipment profiles" if you send packages to the same area a lot. This saves you time so you do not have to keep writing out the same address over and over again. It let's you decide if you would like an email upon delivery or when it is sent. I do not like that your tracking history is only saved for 90 days. It does not save anymore than that. This proves to be a problem when I am asked for a package that I sent more than 6 months ago. Also, when you schedule a pickup sometimes the FedEx truck does not come and could leave you stranded. There's never a for sure confirmation to know if they are coming or not. There are to many sub menus for shipping options. It can be a little confussing sometimes haveing to select differen shipping options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pick up of parcels are always quick and the drivers are pleasant and great to deal with. All our parcels are handled with care and urgency and arrive next day to the end user. If you ever need any help it's easy to call the customer service department and all the agents are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with they quickly resolve any issues or questions you might have and are always so helpful. I highly recommend using FedEx for your daily business needs of shipping any kind of parcel from small to confidential to big you will not be disapointed with the type of service you will get. I like the ease of moving through the software. How easy it is to locate a tracking number by date. Unless it updates then the older tracking number(s) disappear after a while for some reason... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When the older tracking numbers disappear. Not sure why, maybe they weren't backed up properly. Theres a limit on how many labels we can order also.
