Difficult to read campaign/ segment performances; Age and HHI enrichment data is inaccurate. We've compared their data to other sources to validate and noticed the Faraday data was terribly overstating age and HHI. Account management is underwhelming and unproductive. The UI is not intutitive. The latest company changes to the tool and personnel seem chaotic and poorly managed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm sorry we couldn't meet your brand's needs. With your review being anonymous, I'm only able to dig into some of the issues you describe. Regarding campaign performance being difficult to read, we don't provide in-app analytics for performance, which is why we encourage clients to create separate campaigns–and let them run for an appropriate amount of time–so that they can be compared side-by-side in the platform that a client uses. Our data is our pride and joy, so I would love to look into these discrepancies for you if you contact me at andy AT faraday DOT ai. I'd also like to apologize that your Account Manager wasn't helpful to you, and I've made the appropriate people aware of this feedback.
We've heard similar feedback regarding the UI being unintuitive in the past, which is why the team has been working hard this year to make our in-app experience more accessible, intuitive, and streamlined, with the end-goal of making consumer predictions and AI accessible for all.
