Faraday seems to have some powerful data analysis capabilities that could prove insightful if you've got the data, the analysis chops, and the time to really get at those insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is difficult to use in my opinion. It could just by marketing manager skillset that's at fault, but in almost every other tool or platform I've used, I can jump in and figure it out pretty quick. I can't say I ever really figured Faraday out. Perhaps the naming schemes of things like recipes, pipelines, payloads, outcomes... were just confusing to me. I understand it's a data/AI platform at it's heart and can only be simplified so much, but I do get the sense it was built by engineers who are comfortable with this level of complexity, and could benefit from making it just a bit simpler or refining UI/UX, Onboarding and naming schemes a bit more.
