The fundraiser campaign was extremely easy to set up and launch. Rhonda, the customer rep, was very helpful and made the experience seamless. Simple and extremely helpful video tutorials to help get started. Rhonda customized the campaign webpage without us lifting a finger. It was very easy to follow the progress and know exactly which players did their part and how much they raised. The funds were directed into the school account without a hitch. I had previously used another vendor who offered basically the same type of fundraiser. With them we received about 70% of our donations. Even less because they took all of the cost of the incentives to the kids that they said were necessary to reach our goal. Fan Angel everything was very up front, they walked me through everything and we received exactly what they said we would. This was by far the best and easiest fundraiser that I have done!! Our booster club was initially drawn to FanAngel for the increased fundraiser savings; however, by the end of the process, this was the icing on the cake. When researching crowdfunding platforms, John gave us a candid and informative discussion on the process, the company's history, and its abilites. After an easy pre-campaign questionnaire, Rhonda was there to guide me with any customizations. Both went above and beyond and were easily reached at a variety of times (my volunteer hours are not always aligned to business times). I was provided informational emails throughout the campaign, including expected targets & how to increase numbers. But as importantly, I was able to easily manage the campaign numbers along the way. There was nothing I disliked about our campaign with FanAngel. It was easy to set-up, manage along the way, and money was deposited as expected. It was so nice to see that 90.2% net percentage! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how Dave reached out to me and helped our Music Program get started with our campaign. Rhonda was always a BIG help getting things covered, from set up to questions in between to checking in on how things were going through the process. Dave and Rhonda were super friendly and actually took time to help answer questions and I didn't feel like I was a bother. They have exemplary customer service. If you compare to other online direct donation fundraisers, this is one you should use! SnapRaise was a fail- couldn't get started and the percentage they take is way way more than FanAngel. Nothing to dislike, but I wish that we could post wish lists and have people click on it and donate to that specific wish on the list. Hoping to have Spanish videos that can help with tutorial on setting up on how to register and start FanAngel . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer experience with Fan Angel was excellent from the very first inquiry, right up to the end. Timely, friendly, clear and understandable....they set a high bar on support. .I never felt like I was being talked over or around...many a team could take some lessons from Fan Angel. I like the platform and the functionality - especially the ability to customize. FanAngel is the best of online, team fundraising platforms without the pushy used car salesman (no offense meant to current car salesmen) elements of the competition. The price is low and fair.
