The ease of using the tool is second to none. Our company is invoice heavy and implementing Factura allowed us to speed up our daily AP process and eliminate the need for an additional person. Coming from another platform Factura is a lot faster and easier to use. It saves a lot of time and provides additional tools like filters, reports, graphics and pivot tables. This has improved a lot our process. Altough at first may be a little intimidating and different from other platforms, once you get used to it you never want to go back to your old platform.

It has greatly increased the volume and decreased the time it takes to get invoices into one of the accounting systems we use for hotels (Hotel Investor Apps). The integration is seamless and only took a couple of emails to get everything set up. Reviewing and confirming coding by exception is a game changer in the AP field and is very easy to use. The help desk is fantastic if you have a question. Everything is very intuitive and you can have an entry-level team member up and running quickly if they have an understanding of invoices.
