As a school marketing director, it's important for me to be able to communicate with families quickly and effectively. FACTS allows me to do this while also keeping an eye on calendars and other needed items. Our office - who performs tasks beyond my scope - also manages finances, admissions and more, with the tool. Once inside an account, it can be a little tricky to find what you are looking for. We often need to adjust payment schedules or amounts. RenWeb's outstanding customer service and technical help enables us to use their product well. Every aspect of our school is managed by the integrated services RenWeb provides. They are extremely responsive to feedback and implement suggestions made by their end users.
