What do you like best about FACTS SIS (Student Information System)?

I love the customer service that FACTS has. There is so much training available, help videos and then live people when needed. Other than that, I love how easy it is to use - I am on FACTS multiple times of day for information, running reports, etc. and the system is easy to navigate. I like how easy it is for parents to enroll online and then information is available for me to make reports that I need. Implementation was a lot of work but the team was fantastic. Customer support is always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use for basic functions.....lookng up students, entering basic information, accessibility to SIS help desk. Lot sof reports you can create and come to rely on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
