Implementation was not as easy as we would have liked, partly based on timing of implementation. Integration could have been a little smoother than it was. The email formatting is a little rough. You have to learn what you can and can't do and decide to compromise on how you want things to look and operate becuase it's not responsive for desktop and mobile users at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All of the information one could possibly need can be stored in the FACTS SIS. If there is anything I cannot figure out, the Live Support is just a phone call away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The text alerts... I wish you could do it from your phone. I think it defeats the purpose of getting something out quick when you can't use your phone. I do not carry my laptop around... especially in an emergency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FACTS SIS (Student Information System)?

Love the Parent Alerts being - able to communicate with parents school wide, or smaller groups by grade level, classroom on individually. Love that parents can acces students assignments and newsletters and most important grades. Customer Support Is excellent. They always have our back. I think the program is very easy to use. What do you dislike about FACTS SIS (Student Information System)?

If there was a way to mark parents in the system so that teachers knew immediately who the custodial parents to contact. We also collect Grandparents Data and it can kinda gets confusing sometimes with the same last names. Our grandparents are a great source for our fundraising campaigns.
