I can post job openings thru FactoryFix and received resumes from candidates that are interested in the job posted. I can also keep/retrieve resumes for future job postings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the CoPilot feature. It keeps the candidate engaged right from the start. I really liked that it auto sends the prescreening questions and takes that part of the process out of my hands and I have all the answers before I even call the candidate. I like that it is focused recruiting for manufacturing positions but I have also found Finance, Plant Controllers, Human Resoures staff and Accounting candidates. I like that they are open to suggestions and always working to making it better for the end user. It has changed the way I source and has helped me fill many positions that I feel otherwise I would not have been able to fill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that I do not like is the formatting. I post a position and when I go back in the formatting is messed up and there are (*) everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
