The AI agent does the upfront vetting on subpair candidates. I love the rating system. It's not always accurate for every candidate but it is insanely helpful when weeding through a lot of candidates. The candidates the agent sources is helpful as well. It finds and chats with people all hours of the day. I wish it did more outreach to try to engage people but anything to help what i already do is great. **What do you dislike about FactoryFix?** I wish we had a phone screen step to add candidates to when our team wants to try and call candidates. I also which it would save my interview preferences to make it easier for the AI agent to reach out and schedule calls for me. **What problems is FactoryFix solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am the solo recruiter for our team so having an AI agent to schedule calls for me and rate candidates is very helpful. Lastly, I have access to labor report data that helps me stay competitive and retain current employees! While Factory Fix does use AI - it's all driven by me! I can determine how much or little AI is involved. It's quick, and easy to use! **What do you dislike about FactoryFix?** Factory Fix uses AI to source applications, and on occasion some of the candidates sourced are not interested. We don't get a lot of door dashers or retail associates like we see in some of the platforms we use to source. Also, the resume data is generally complete and well organized. The labor market information Factory Fix provides is extremely valuable and saves a lot of time manually collecting the information. The customer service from Factory Fix is outstanding. Truly, no other sourcing platform provides the level of support and response that they do. Factory Fix doesn't hide or omit any of the candidate information like some of the other platforms do. Additionally, the customization options the service offers are so appreciated. I can tailor the questions asked to each specific position. I use Factory Fix daily, it helps me keep track of candidates I'm moving forward, and I'm getting quality candidates. Factory Fix makes my job significantly easier and I would be so sad if I ever had to move forward without it. **What do you dislike about FactoryFix?** I wish I could pull more reports myself. For example, I would like to be able to query how many people I dispositioned because of candidate decline and see the reasons for the decline. However, while I don't have this ability, the Factory Fix team is great about sending them information to me very quickly when I request it. **What problems is FactoryFix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Factory Fix provides leads for our hardest to fill positions and allows me the opportunity to prescreen candidates. Becuase we have niche skill sets, it was great to se how quickly they amended skills so we could reach the right audience. Co-Pilot has been a big help in engaging with potential candidates so that I can focus on results. I feel like this has great potential to grow, and I look forward to what else is next. My favorite feature is it feels like this is built for our blue collar industries which means we can reach the right people. There is truth to its platform, where others have promised a fix but never delivered. This was easy to use, easy to set up and implentation was a breeze. The customer support is brilliant and quick. **What do you dislike about FactoryFix?** FactoryFix is still new compared to Indeed, so the candidate pool needs some growth. However, that is something I can work with becuase they feed Indeed, otherwise I don't have a negative experience to report. **What problems is FactoryFix solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am finally using AI in a way that I feel keep the human touch. I am only one person and there are a lot of resumes to review and questions to ask. I can see the Co-Pilot conversations and I can add to them, review them and use that to tweek Co-Pilot's focus for outreach. Its like having an assistant helping me out so that we can get more done. I cannot be there 100% of the time depending on business needs, but Co-Pilot is ther for me 100% of the time. My stress level has decreased significantly because I really want to ensure candidates get answers, feedback and clarity during the application process. ### 19. The AI tool will craft job descriptions and text messages that you can alter or save, increasing efficiency. When new candidates apply or reply to texts, I get an email alert so I can easily go directly to my candidate. The database is great for sourcing as well! Some of the problems with that method include: 1) The cost of posting on Indeed skyrocketing, 2) receiving a mountain of unqualified resumes and 3) Frequent ghosted when trying to engage and set up interviews. I did some research and found FactoryFix. They immediately contacted me, set up a meeting and demonstrated the ease of using it. They even give a guarantee period so if doesn't work, you're not locked in. Set up and starting was very easy. We started using @FactoryFix in May, and it completely changed our outcomes. When we use the FactoryFix Copilot, our positions are posted on multiple job boards and the platform immediately starts interacting with candidates, sending them screening questions. We are presented with engaged and scored candidates, based on their information and answers to the screener questions. Our ghosting rate had dropped significantly and our candidates are much better quality. I absolutely love this recruiting tool. **What do you dislike about FactoryFix?** The only downside I've experienced is quickly and easily seeing when you have a new message from a candidate. I usually will get an email notifying of a response, but not always. It would be great to have an "inbox" indicator on the home page. **What problems is FactoryFix solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has enabled us to fill our positions much more quickly and at half the cost we were spending on the other source. The candidates seem to be much more responsive and our ghosting rate has dropped significantly.
