Sometimes understanding and teaching how to input data can be very- trial and error. There are also lots of different areas to find the same information. It could be a little confusing with all of the options. There is a up side and a downside to that, I feel like you can't get lost if you end up in the same place,you can also customize your dashboard to meet your needs, but to get there you have to click lots of buttons. AssetSonar integrates perfectly in our ecosystem, every solution they provide works perfectly.

We use it with Zendesk and it's tremendous ! Also Google Connector for Agents works perfectly.
