As a 3pl that is building their business to meet a variety of customer needs, we needed a platform that could help us manage our warehouse and inventories with multiple clients in multiple channels. Because at Bulu, We Do The Tricky Ship™ and that keeps Extensiv busy adding features. Extensiv Order Manager serves as a pretty solid in-between/intermediate OMS / lite-ERP system that can handle order routing, fulfillment, purchase order creation and tracking and supports many integrations for other tools and features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Extensiv Order Manager's Orderbot functionality is good, but could be better. Especially when it comes to more complex order fulfilment and shipping. I often find that we have to do manual steps or find Extensiv's Orderbots failing in ways that do not make sense (it works in an AND function approach not an OR function approach) so we find ourselves manually fixing mistakes it has made with routing do to its lack of OR logic. We have been using this system for almost a decade now. so we have seen it grow from its humble beginnings to the robust system it is today.

The system is simple to navigate, we can train our new hires pretty quickly.

Good luck trying to get your Customer Success Manager on the phone, we have to schedule meetings with the guy weeks in advance.

Do you require a report with one missing column? Sure, it will cost you $350 and above... but not before you have to fill out a form that is so damn complex... ***We've lost track of how much money we've already spent on reports we should be able to make ourselves***

They will give you five customers to get started with, after which they will charge you $25 per customer after that unless you upgrade to one of their higher tiers.

Extensiv 3pl will force you to purchase all these add-ons after you have spent hours trying to locate the best EDI firm to design and handle your communications, such as SPS or others.
