Express Invoice Pros and Cons

One thing that I absolutely love about Express Invoice is how easy to use it is. Like we have used a few softwares before but most of them had a complicated user interface due to which training new employees for the software was a time consuming task. However, this isn't the case with Express Invoice since most of the important functions can be accessed from the main screen itself. In addition, I love how it helps us to save time and makes billing easier by automating the calculations and bill payments. There are still bugs that are pretty annoying. Recently I am witnessing a kind of slow pace of the software. I guess it could be related to the recent updates that all difficulties will be removed soon. Customer support is the most terrible part of the software that could be ignored when you are facing difficulties. They don't reply to you, they do not come to you. the user interface is straightforward and has the most-used functions available as buttons on the main screen. But for less often-used there is a selection bar down the left side of the screen and menu items on top. The previous software that I used (no longer available and will not run on Windows 10) allowed for setting up your own templates using a Word document. This allowed for more complete customization of the documents, but was also quite complex. Express Invoice allows for decent customization of the invoice, but there is much less available in customizing the quote. These are the two documents I use regularly.
