I dislike having to change the password more often than other apps.

**What do you like best about Experian Employer Services?**

Using CIC Plus has been a huge time saver and efficiency booster. Compliance is always a concern, and we feel confident that with CIC+ we are keeping on top of any regulatory changes that are enacted. . The integration works as expected and we receive the notification emails daily that allow us to retrieve any of the “ignored” forms so we can get those updated. The amount of manual effort on our part is minimal and having the self-service aspect of this enabled for our employees takes the onus off of us and puts the responsibility onto the team member, which is a nice bonus! Everyone I have interacted with from the CIC Plus team has been friendly and helpful. It’s an easy relationship to manage, since everything is automated, but I know I have several resources to contact in the event that I need assistance. Communication has been great too, both with updates on product changes as well as the team checking in to make sure everything is working as expected.

**What do you dislike about Experian Employer Services?**

I don't have anything to dislike about this product or service. It has worked as expected and provided time savings for our employees and our payroll team.

**Recommendations to others considering Experian Employer Services:**

I would recommend CIC Plus to anyone who has a large population of employees in multiple states and wants a Self-Service product that is automated and can handle the multitude of rules and regulations, state & local forms, and is on top of compliance at all times.

**What problems is Experian Employer Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing manual intervention, increasing efficiency, and staying compliant were our key metrics of success when it came to our tax withholding solution. CIC Plus has been vital in each of these measures, and I am so pleased with the results. For the payroll team, the services CIC Plus provides have been a huge benefit, allowing us to focus on bigger picture stuff vs. managing tax forms.

**What do you like best about Experian Employer Services?**

My entire experience has been great with CIC Plus.  As both a user and superuser, the product is on point and easy to use and working with the CIC Plus team has been a dream.  They are consistent with their great service and flexible when times call for it and I've needed plenty of flexibility.  In addition, they consistently search for feedback and ways to improve their value proposition.  When I think of them, I think of a true partnership.

**What do you dislike about Experian Employer Services?**

I'm still searching for things I don't like but my search continues.  Maybe better error reporting on file uploads or the prevention of being able to upload a file with an error?  That capability exists today but it's a little after the fact versus when the user is trying to upload the file.  When these infrequent errors occur, we do get notified and if we can't spot the error, they are quick to help us out and point the error out to us.

**What problems is Experian Employer Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying current with all tax forms, getting W-2's out the door and being able to deliver paystubs electronically.   There's plenty more capability that they have but these are the solutions we use.

Taxing issues - they are very knowledgeable and always take the time to work with you to ensure you understand .

**What do you like best about Experian Employer Services?**

I have worked with CIC+ for quite a few years now and find that no matter what the question or issue, it is quickly resolved or answered.  Everyone I have met or come in contact with at CIC+ provides excellent customer service and always makes me feel like a valued client.

**What do you dislike about Experian Employer Services?**

I have nothing negative to say regarding my interactions or service provided by CIC+

Do it!  You won't be sorry.

**What problems is Experian Employer Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CIC+ manages our tax forms through paperlessemployee.com helping us remain compliant with state/federal laws.  They also service us on year-end electronic access and mailing of W-2's.  This has saved us so much time and money and allows the payroll team to focus on other issue without worry of accuracy and timeliness of delivery.  The system is user friendly, which is an added benefit.

**What do you like best about Experian Employer Services?**

Their response time for issues is very good, and their interactions with us (as a client) feel easy and personalized. They are always looking for input from clients to improve their product offerings and remain competitive with their business/service peers.

**What do you dislike about Experian Employer Services?**

Overall I feel like they are respect my company, but I also feel like they cater to specific members of our team based on job title or a prior, outside relationship. I'm regularly left off communications, and overlooked when marketing gifts are sent. (Pens, mugs, etc.) I've also seen internal communications where I am referred to in a less than complimentary light. It was addressed, but I still feel the sting from it

**What problems is Experian Employer Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their service is an out of the box product, and there are customizations we could benefit from but are unable to do because it doesn't work for all their clients. It has created more work for our customer service team, since our call center spends more than 70% of our call time helping our employees navigate the website and create accounts. The account create process is not user friendly, the forms are not labeled  as what they are (or titled) titled making them hard to identify and submit.

**What do you like best about Experian Employer Services?**

I feel like the login process is easy and secure.  The system itself is easy to navigate as an administrator as well as an employee.  Our employees can access year end statements as well as their weekly paystubs all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Experian Employer Services?**

There is nothing that I would say I dislike about the system. The one thing I would like to be able to do is select all  vs. individual check boxes to print/save pay stubs.

**What problems is Experian Employer Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CiC gives our employees access to their pay advices as well as pay stubs for live checks.  An employee can login and view a pay stub or a year end form in one session which is convenient.   We can also reissue a form to an employee and have it mailed from the system which saves us paper and time.

We have been with CIC+ for about 8 years that have always received timely and helpful responses from our client success team.

I would like to receive more information about updates to the system or areas that we are not utilizing that may helpful to us.

Compliance is big for us and CIC+ has been a great resource to help us ensure that our employees are completing the necessary tax forms.

**What do you like best about Experian Employer Services?**

Our favorite feature of the CIC Plus software we use (in conjunction with our Workday HRIS payroll/HR system) is that they validate the address information, and only display what employees need to complete.
They validate all the way to the locality where an employee may live, which is invaluable to a large employer in Pennsylvania such as our University.

**What do you dislike about Experian Employer Services?**

We are still partnering with CIC plus for some features regarding some of our international employees, and other form types, but overall this has saved us a great deal of time and energy that would otherwise be spent on manual entry and employee questions.

**Recommendations to others considering Experian Employer Services:**

The customer support has been one of the things I feel that CIC plus does well, and sets them apart from some of the larger companies who provide similar service.
They value the customer feedback they receive and partner with you on implementation ideas you may have.

**What problems is Experian Employer Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solves a need for compliance with our tax withholding forms. The reports that CIC Plus gives us access too allow us to also verify when employees submit their forms. The PDF download to admins also allows us to provide forms for audits or employee requests as well.

**What do you like best about Experian Employer Services?**

They were very well versed in the process and had answers before we had questions.  They made the startup simple and the monthly reporting also.  They were patient with my learning curve and I always have Wendy to go to with questions.

We have a group of new union hires every month and we must send them a hard copy of their form as they don't have access to company computers.  It can be time consuming and CIC is only set up to do the mailing for our annual notices

CICPlus came in and sat down to answer all our questions and were proactively there with us every step of the process.

Offloading the onerous task of providing W-2s and reprints is it's own reward.

**What do you dislike about Experian Employer Services?**

Having to retain seasonal staff to support employee and ex-employee questions is understandable.  As this was year one, it is anticipated the effort will diminish as the CIC Plus web site becomes a more familiar fixture.


**Recommendations to others considering Experian Employer Services:**

For large organizations with diverse demographics, emphasize communications and be prepared to field questions.  Where high turnover is an issue, it is never too early to announce change to W-2 delivery.

CIC plus has been my favorite vendor partner to work with over the last several years.. The expertise of the team and collaboration with the clients to continuously improve makes CIC Plus stand out!  In addition, the products are so easy to use!!

The reporting functionality could be enhanced, but still very easy to use.

If you want not only the best partner experience but a great product as well, CIC Plus is for you!  They REALLY listen to the wants and needs of their clients!

**What do you like best about Experian Employer Services?**

CIC Plus works with us to address and adept to our business needs. They respond quickly and offer suggestions for process improvements and listen to our recommendations. The ease of their product and websites allows all ranges of users, from employees to our systems tem, to have a great experience.

**What do you dislike about Experian Employer Services?**

The reporting tool is good and provides valuable information however some of the report titles do not are not intuitive.

**Recommendations to others considering Experian Employer Services:**

If you use the W2 product, CIC Plus will track and credit your account with any fees that you charge the employees for multiple reissues of W2’s.  These fees are off set against your CIC Plus bill and can reduce the overall cost of the service.
