Using CIC Plus has been a huge time saver and efficiency booster. Compliance is always a concern, and we feel confident that with CIC+ we are keeping on top of any regulatory changes that are enacted. . The integration works as expected and we receive the notification emails daily that allow us to retrieve any of the “ignored” forms so we can get those updated. The amount of manual effort on our part is minimal and having the self-service aspect of this enabled for our employees takes the onus off of us and puts the responsibility onto the team member, which is a nice bonus! Everyone I have interacted with from the CIC Plus team has been friendly and helpful. It’s an easy relationship to manage, since everything is automated, but I know I have several resources to contact in the event that I need assistance. My entire experience has been great with CIC Plus. As both a user and superuser, the product is on point and easy to use and working with the CIC Plus team has been a dream. They are consistent with their great service and flexible when times call for it and I've needed plenty of flexibility. I'm still searching for things I don't like but my search continues. Maybe better error reporting on file uploads or the prevention of being able to upload a file with an error? That capability exists today but it's a little after the fact versus when the user is trying to upload the file. When these infrequent errors occur, we do get notified and if we can't spot the error, they are quick to help us out and point the error out to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have worked with CIC+ for quite a few years now and find that no matter what the question or issue, it is quickly resolved or answered. Their response time for issues is very good, and their interactions with us (as a client) feel easy and personalized. They are always looking for input from clients to improve their product offerings and remain competitive with their business/service peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall I feel like they are respect my company, but I also feel like they cater to specific members of our team based on job title or a prior, outside relationship. I'm regularly left off communications, and overlooked when marketing gifts are sent. (Pens, mugs, etc.) I've also seen internal communications where I am referred to in a less than complimentary light. I feel like the login process is easy and secure. The system itself is easy to navigate as an administrator as well as an employee. Our employees can access year end statements as well as their weekly paystubs all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our favorite feature of the CIC Plus software we use (in conjunction with our Workday HRIS payroll/HR system) is that they validate the address information, and only display what employees need to complete.
They validate all the way to the locality where an employee may live, which is invaluable to a large employer in Pennsylvania such as our University. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are still partnering with CIC plus for some features regarding some of our international employees, and other form types, but overall this has saved us a great deal of time and energy that would otherwise be spent on manual entry and employee questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a group of new union hires every month and we must send them a hard copy of their form as they don't have access to company computers. It can be time consuming and CIC is only set up to do the mailing for our annual notices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
