We engaged Exemplifi to help us build a job board from scratch, as part of our implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System. As with any project like this, the devil is in the details, and we were dealing with a variety of functional and aesthetic requirements that needed to be addressed quickly. Exemplifi came through for us in two key ways: 1. they got the first version of our spec almost entirely right when they delivered it (any gaps were on our own end) 2. when we needed to make functional and aesthetic changes, they didn't push back. (You'd be surprised how many vendors don't want to work a problem all the way to resolution.) The net result for us was a faster delivery of a product that was both functional and attractive. Sometimes our time zones weren't in sync. Nonetheless, because they were consistently highly responsive, this did not have a negative effect on our overall experience. Considering the scale and complexity of our website, there were a considerable amount of bugs, but nothing I wouldn't have expected, and the team was able to effectively address the ones that did arise.
