What do you like best about eVoice?

It's a fantastic program for political campaigns or coalition clients that work remotely and/or need a number they can use publicly. Pretty easy interface to use, the mobile app is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eVoice?

It's more steps than it should be to record a message. I should be able to call into my number and/or account and be prompted to record a message just like we do for our personal voicemails. It seems a little outdated to have to record a Mp4. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering eVoice:

Make sure you're very clear about the subscription you want and need and the services you specifically want - there are many options. Definitely get the mobile app, it's very helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the need for landlines and physical phones for clients and projects. voice to email allows us to determine what's needed for a prepared response and/or to send to the right team member to handle, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eVoice?

There is nothing good to say about this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eVoice?

I cannot implore you strongly enough to not use this service for anything text messaging related. They, without notice, suspended our account, have given us zero explanation, and will not provide any path towards more information or porting the number. I guess joke is on us given how bad the reviews of this product already are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Evoice solves nothing for us. They have only created problems for us and their team is completely incapable and unwilling to help us resolve things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eVoice?

They still have hard to get (like 917 NYC) phone numbers available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eVoice?

They charge a fortune for a very average service. It looks as if they built their website in the 90s and have never updated. There are MANY better services out there for less than half the price Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a separate number for the driveway gate of my building that would ring on all my phones. It was originally a $5/mo service, but then I needed text and calls in case people had issues with the gate (really maybe ONE call or text per month) then suddenly my bills started coming in at $25/month. Total ripoff. Hard pass

I just canceled the service and now I am locked out and can't even download all the auto-pay invoices to dispute the charges. Such poor service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eVoice?

The ability to answer messages and call clients back using the connivence of my personal phone, but not having to worry about sacrificing my personal number to incoming calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eVoice?

There is a short/variable delay of about 5-15min, before the message comes through. The callers number is not displayed unless they leave a message Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering eVoice:

We integrate this app with our AT&T landline and when a call is missed it goes to a voicemail with several selections. If a call-back is needed then they indicate this within the voicemail selections and the call is directed to my cell phone (the incoming call is displayed as “evoice” on the identification screen of my phone, but I cannot see the ID of the individual calling in) if the call is not answered by me at that time, the call is then re-directed for them to leave a message. There is a delay of about 5-15 minutes before the message is received through my email. The evoice app and mailbox are all at the touch of a finger on my iPhone. Very handy indeed. If I want to call a client back using the app on my phone, it shows the land line as the caller ID, so I can call from my business/home-base caller ID without physically being there. Very helpful for our mobile business! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

This solves the problem of being able to answer calls from clients at my convenience and being able to sift important calls from non-urgent ones. Also messages can be left and notification that a call has been missed and a message gas been left, can be received without having to be on the premises. Multiple operators can use the function simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
