I'ts fast and working almost every time. The website is clear for people who are new to the site. The site is always fast also when there are many people on the website Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing i dislike About the site is when to Many people are on the website is that to you have to wait in a line🫤 last time i had it with rotterdam rave, i was 6356 in line and had to wait for 40 mins and still didn't catch a ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The website is very clear, there are no unnecessary extra's or unclear fields. Use of promotion code always works fine (in case you have on ofcourse). Finding your tickets back when you've lost them is also very easy, this is always handy when you're at the entrance and forgot where you saved your ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the tickets are seald and you could only get them a couple hours begore the event starts. This is sometimes frustrating, mostly when you've also bought tickets for your friends who don't travel to the event with you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
