What do you like best about evaluagent?

I manage a team and I like that I can build 121 templates into evaluagent so that they can be specific to my needs. I can also keep track of the teams performance on a regular basis and see trends Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about evaluagent?

Sometimes there can be a lot of clicks and steps to be get to the next section. Or sometimes when you need to enter info to get to next step it doesnt always outline the section that you have missed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about evaluagent?

I like that is is very easy to read and understand. Give me the quick info I want on the homescreen and don't need to search very hard for it. Use it multiple time a week. Lots of features haven't explored them all yet but I know they are there. Had to contact customer service once and they were very friendly and Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about evaluagent?

So far haven't found any downsides. I have enjoyed using it. Been using for over a year and no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about evaluagent?

It is really easy to use, very user friendly, the options to filter and add more details to a certain evaluations are pretty useful for the evaluator to implement specialized and focused feedback, this, and the easy access for the agents to review their feedback and see their progress helps a lot to motivate the knowledge growth. What do you dislike about evaluagent?

Certain bugs that sometimes impact the platform performance, specially when the credentials are expired, and you need to reset them and they don't get recognized immediately by the platform (marks the new credentials as incorrect).

In terms of implementation simplicity, we were pleasantly impressed by how fast we were able to have everything up and running. The simple onboarding procedure and its unambiguous directions.

Numerous functions are available on the platform to meet our various wants. It includes everything, from call recording to performance statistics, so we can adjust our strategy as needed.
