Evalato is very user friendly not only for the backend but for the end users. We are using Evalato for ADC*Lithuania awards for more than 5 years. And this says a lot. It helps us by taking care of organizing the submissions (hundreds of them!) and evaluation of applications. Our jury always comes from around the world and we never had issues onboarding them or any struggles in the judging process. There is currently no option to create branching logic for your questions. For example, if you ask, 'Did you attend xxxx?' and the respondent selects 'No,' you cannot set it up so that a follow-up question appears only in that case. If they select 'Yes,' they should be able to move on to the next question without seeing the follow-up, but this functionality isn't available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Evalato is much easier to use than other platforms we’ve tried. It’s incredibly user-friendly for both applicants and administrators, making the entire awards process seamless. The intuitive interface and time-saving features really stand out. Their customer service is also outstanding – responsive and proactive. It would be that certain customization options could be a bit more flexible. Occasionally, we find small limitations when trying to tailor the platform exactly to our needs. However, these are minor and don’t take away from the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My organization is a small scale nonprofit based in the US. We have a team of two admins and 8 review committee member. Many other software companies transition gave very rudimentary demonstrations and little follow up. Our account manager for Evalato was so helpful and willing to answer any questions that we had before we committed for the 2023 cycle. Once we had a good understanding of the platform our process of our grant distribution program was revolutionized. Many products provide large and robust products that are expensive and for a small scare organization that prioritizes providing our funding to userbase this platform provided the support we need in conjunction with the autonomy of we desired, all remaining cost effective. For any US based organizations or companies on the fence, Evalato is a very strong platform and company that my organization will continue to remain in relationship with. Our organization has very little feedback to provide the platform. One feature we’ve been seeking is the ability to view uploaded documentation in the platform, but our account manager has been beyond communicative in addressing and documenting the concern. Evalato helps us easily manage our NEBA Alliance Open Call, streamlining all our processes. It provides a hassle-free submission and evaluation, thanks to a variety of features that help us collect and review entries. We particularly appreciate analytics it provides. Evalato meets our requirements and there is nothing in the software that we dislike so far. The only improvement there could be is graphical summary for easier overview of applications during the collection. For example from which countries are the submissions. While we appreciate the platform, we do wish that long-time users were grandfathered into their original pricing plans instead of facing price increases over time. We conducted extensive testing and research before moving forward with Evalato, and I can confidently confirm that the platform is incredibly user-friendly, simple (which I love), and well-organized. The features are impressive, and I’m optimistic that this will be a great solution for our award submissions, abstract collection, and scoring.
