The team is awesome! **What do you dislike about Eva.AI?** Nothing. One potential downside is some customers might still prefer talking to human. **What problems is Eva.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our store has lots of call and 80% of them are ordering. Usually I handle the call myself, it is tiring so I was looking for solution to automate. It is a high stake decision because the revenue volume from the phone call so we want to ensure the AI can take orders correctly most importantly, also the AI needs to have great customer experience. We are super happy with Eva.AI.
