I like ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online. The new interface of ArcGIS Pro takes a while to get used to but makes a lot more sense and and works more efficiently than ArcMap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike all the license-locked tools and the inability to export maps into a format such as AI to tune them up in another program. I also find a lot of Esri's solutions to be very expensive. One of the challenges in my company is the ability to efficiently distribute maps that work offline, as we work in many rural areas as well as urban. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and allows you to be creative and make either functional or pretty maps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can be a little glitch. Every once in a while it'll just close for no reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ArcGIS has numerous features, which allows the user to create any type of map. Maps can vary from very simplistic to very complicated. There are a lot of customization options which allows the user to be creative in terms of visuals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface isn't very user-friendly and requires a lot of time researching and playing around with the different features to learn to create a map. In addition, there are so many tools and features, it makes it difficult to navigate the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
