What do you like best about Esri ArcGIS?

I work for a small city and the software meets all of our needs. They have solutions for all of the problems or projects that come my way whether it is emergency management or zoning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that there are so many levels, add-ons, extensions to the program, it allows entry-level use to create maps all the way up to robust users who run civic institutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Esri ArcGIS?

I like how ESRI products integrate with other software. I'm excited to try some of the new plug-ins that are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Esri ArcGIS?

Some features are not as user friendly as others. We use Citrix to interface with ArcGIS and the it can get super laggy. Not sure if ESRI can do anything to help with the process, but it would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
