It does have lots of features. The built in event report is bulky but nice. Customer support is constant, I get answers from the same person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I want to be able to pull the data out for other reports. There are limits to how these can be customized. Looking at the built in report, I know that the options exist, I just can't toggle them in the report generator. I can fit more on a page than the built in report. We don't have a tablet for all the setup crew, way too expensive. As an admin, I was only about two weeks ahead of the rest of my users. I have made many short how to videos for my staff. The one hour overview was too overwhelming for the regular users. The user community would be better if more users participated. It takes x number of upvotes to get a new feature sent to development. There are not enough people to get those upvotes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a simple software to use. It also gives you the ability to build out your spaces to simplify for guests who may need to submit a Work Order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They are not intergrated with Slack. Test, that have said that they are working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
eSPACE is very helpful for making sure all events from my department are approved. It's easy to create events, save, and submit them, and to navigate the interface to view calendars and reserved spaces. I also like the notification noise eSPACE makes when you submit something! eSPACE has a few annoying glitches that get in the way of creating accurate events. The one I run into all the time is that the start time of an event will automatically change if you change the setup time, so I've run into problems with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to integrate our calander and work orders, with the option to integrate HVAC systems and door controls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am working to integrate our door controls and HVAC systems. Our systems are slightly outdated and eSpace does not currently support the platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Espace is great because it allows you to keep track of events and work orders in one centralized location. It has really streamlined my operations and allowed me to get more work completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have yet to find any issues in the year we've be using the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

eSpace is a cloud-based room and resource management software program. We began using it in fall 2020 as a better way to reserve rooms and other resources in our building and promote better knowledge and communication among the staff. Using eSpace has accomplished those goals over time. It is an advantage to have cloud-based management software that everyone can access at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unfortunately, as with any program, there are pluses and minuses. One minus with e-Space is that it takes time to transition to it. We had to transition in stages, and although we have implemented most features a year and a half later, there are still features that we have not begun using yet. Another minus is the approval process. When a room or resource is reserved for an event or meeting and submitted, the e-Space administrator (you will need one of those!) pre-approves the meeting. It is then sent to other sub-administrators for approval. (Sub-administrators are others who need to know about the event such as facility staff, media staff, catering, etc.) Once approved by them, the meeting/event goes on the calendar. But, if you change the details of the event/meeting (time, date, number of attendees, etc.), the approval process starts over. The time it takes to go through the process again is an issue if the event/meeting is time-sensitive and has caused problems for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like espace it keeps our organization of over 300 employees organized when it comes to rooms available for meetings and work spaces Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
