So everything is synchronized together and it is very easy to see the history of communications, appointments, or tasks completed for clients. A lesson rather than discontent: Many training sessions are available about CRM. Some programming had to be redone from scratch because the appropriate fields had not been properly selected, which caused problems in report creation. It will save you time and effort later on.
