The accessibility solutions offered by Equalweb have truly elevated the user experience for all individuals visiting our site. The implementation process was smooth, with the widget effortlessly blending into our website's design. The support and service from the Equalweb team surpassed our expectations. Their responsiveness to our queries and their comprehensive guidance made the entire experience highly commendable. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly endorse Equalweb to anyone seeking to improve their website's accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would appreciate the availability of additional instructional videos, although I did receive assistance from their excellent human support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I liked having accessibility features on my website. That's about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First, for an accessibility product it’s ironic their own in-product experience is so bad. The UX/UI experience is one of the worst I’ve seen - effectively making it inaccessible. I could not figure out how to cancel my account. When I finally did, there was nothing that indicated I cancelled my account and wouldn’t continue to be charged. It’s difficult to find what you need in the product. Several times I’ve pressed the wrong buttons. The information is also wrong in the product. Mine says my license was cancelled in March of 2023, but I got charged anyway. That’s why I initially wrote in.
Second, their customer service. Not only is it incredibly slow, but it’s bad. I got called the wrong name when asking for my money back and how to cancel. The instructions they sent me on how to cancel were just a link to an indemnification clause.
Meanwhile I’m still getting charged because I cannot figure it out. Despite requesting them to cancel it they told me they can’t and only I can. Asking in writing to cancel is the equivalent of me cancelling. Yet I continued to get charged because I had to do some settings in my account that (as per what I said above) actually don’t indicate I am cancelling at all.
Now they’re still refusing to refund me for months I was getting charged because they can’t turn off my account when I asked and needed help and couldn’t provide the correct help.
At the end of my experience with support the rep bragged about their hundreds of thousands of customers and told me no one had ever complained about the UX and that
The UX is great. Bragging and dismissal of a valid user experience is really poor support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EqualWeb is an outstanding ADA compliance platform for websites. It is user-friendly, efficient, and reliable. The platform is easy to use, and the customer service team is always available to assist with any questions or concerns. The platform provides a comprehensive set of tools to ensure that your website is fully compliant with the latest accessibility standards. The software scans your website and provides detailed reports on any issues that need to be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using the Equalweb platform for several months and I have not found anything about it that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its easy and configure and implement, and it has all of the features that the average person with accessibility needs requires. It has a pleasant interface that yet remains very accessible. I, however, like it most because it has a free tier where you could try it out, and if it covers your needs, leave it as is until you need to upgrade. I chatted with their lovely support agent, who also described why their product is suitable for governmental websites (which was the project I needed). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this time, there is genuinely nothing noteworthy that I would dislike perse. The product works and does it well, it has the features I and people using the tool need; all I can say is that they must keep it up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a small business owner, where everything falls on my shoulders, it's terrific to use products that make my life easier and reduce my stress.
When I heard that my website needed to offer accessibility options for my visitors, I researched a few different options.
Based on the robust features of EqualWeb, I decided to try them and see how they looked on my site and how easy it was to use.
The installation was a breeze. I was prompted to customize each aspect of the program and, once completed, was given a snippet of code, which I passed to my website team.
They added the code, without issue, and I was up and running.
The result is pretty spectacular. When you click on the tab, a large array of choices are offered the visitor to enable them to interact with my website, no matter what challenges they have.
I highly recommend EqualWeb to remove the burden of compliance, while adding a beautiful, full-featured addition to your website and business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, I wouldn't change a thing. The program is complete and easy to install and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of installing on a page or pages. Code placed on page and it just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the features take up a large amount of screen real-estate. Like the virtual keyboard. This is understandable, but is a slight issue nonetheless. In Market Research, we're always concerned that everyone can see everything on-screen that is necessary to answer a question or review a piece of stimulus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have not gotten any questions regarding accessibility after installing equal web. We love how easy it is to use for our customer base, which is usually women over 40. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside for us is the price. It's a fair overall price for its service, but for a new website like ours, it's hard to keep the expenses down as we get settled in. I'm sure it will be worth it in the long run as it makes it easier for some customers to browse our website. We have been using the free version, which has been great so far. I like how Equal Web provides an easy way to ensure that my website is ADA-compliant. It has provided me with an easy-to-use plugin in WordPress, which has taken the guesswork out of setting up permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did not have any specific issues regarding using its services as it provided an easy way to comply with legal services but the ui could be improved in certain places. It works great though for everything we need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Equalweeb has developed a great and easy tool; but they are also constantly helping companies when facing lawsuits, providing feedbacks and proof of accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't t think it is really linked to Equalweb itself, but the laws are constantly changing and your website can't be 100% compliant, so you can still be taken to court even though you are compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The beautiful design and its ease of integration. I was surprised at how easy it was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't see any downside. Then again, I couldn't speak for people that actually depend on its use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
