We recommend Teem scheduling platform as it is flexible for multiple devices – whether its iPad, Tablets or even now Crestron schedulers. it’s easy to use and manage. Of course they take care of scheduling, tying into outlook, exchange gmail etc.—being able to book rooms through outlook (etc.) just as you normally would. They now also have a batch of cool complimentary features that we also take advantage of like dynamic video backgrounds, automatic occupancy detection/status changes, a new app to book and view rooms available and flight board which essentially the ability to use a any display for viewing the status and availabity of rooms—like if you were at a airport checking status of flights. They also have a awesome online dashboard for managing all the devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only gripe comes from having to create a separate SSID for the schedulers due to them dropping off the network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Teem has nice visual layouts which go with the easy to use features. Setting up with Teem for the first time was straight forward with no complications. The room wizard's visual presentation is awesome with the ability to add custom images and logos Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Teem needs some new features such as the lobbyconnect should have the ability to notify multiple users of their arrival if necessary. This would be great for secretaries whom runs the day to day activities of their executive. More custom features to design layouts would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Search functionality is cool, I can easily find rooms and desks for whatever I'm searching for. The labels and color-coding are nice as well, especially being branded specifically for my employer. The map is clear, zooming and changing floors are easy as well. It's easy to map and plan for seating a team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice to have some kind of google calendar integration to schedule rooms. Also, a compass rose of some sort or like any kind of directional labeling would be nice and make it easier to understand right away. It would also be nice to give feedback on seats or something. Many individuals had no input in seating, but that's also the result of organizational processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ease of use and configuration as well as rich features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to dislike. I wish i could tell you more but the product is awesome and meets all our needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Teem makes it easier for our users to reserve and schedule rooms on the fly. Teem also helps keep confusion to a minimum when users are trying to schedule things ahead of time by allowing them to see who has which room and for what reason etc.
It's great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been no downsides to using Teem that I've seen so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What's best is that you can search for any person's name or meeting room name and it will show up on the map. It's great for medium+ size offices as many times we don't know where someone sits exactly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't much to dislike, but it would be great to have it somehow integrate with google calendar. Meaning meeting rooms show up a different color on the map that day if it's booked during that time, and if not, if you click on the room it allows you to create a calendar invite. As I said, there isn't much to dislike, this is more of a good to have in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how simple the layout and item key is to understand. There's basically no learning curve on the end-user side which is always great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't run into any product-specific downsides from my use-case, but just like anything, there's plenty of room for human error that can disrupt an experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interactive features of the layout provided were awesome. Being able to see exactly where I was located, where my team was, and where resources were was awesome. Made the move a lot easier!
I also really like the feature of seeing who sits where. For interactions I have where I'm not sure where someone is, I can now just look it up rather than message them and find out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really wasn't much downside to having this! I'm sure I didn't use the full functionality available but for what I used it was perfect for what I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like that it helps us find conference rooms. We just moved into a new office it's hard to know where the rooms are. SpaceIQ also shows how many people each room allows, our office even shows if there's tech or no tech for our more personal spaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only way to login is through our SSO Oktac, so it's frustrating each time we have to pull it up. Also, I wish there was a keyboard command to switch between floors & offices. Right now, we only have our US office, and I think it would be fun to have our international office on the map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Operating a 38,000 sq. ft. co-working space with 500+ users can be challenging, especially when there are visitors looking for their host. Teem has made the process super simple - the visitor pings their host from our iPad with the LobbyConnect (powered by Teem) app, their host receives a text that they're here, and retrieves them from the lobby. It has saved our receptionist a ton of time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there's not much I dislike! I wish the Teem software worked with our door / meeting rooms, but that is our issue, not Teems! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
