The platform is very easy to use, I need to use it on a regular basis as admin and seldom encounter issues, it's easy to navigate and works well. I encountered a situation where I couldn't edit something I needed and after finally deciding to reach out about this issue, I received a quick reply from Wayne who had fixed my problem- extremely helpful and appreciated and on top of that he was very kind, professional and thorough with his reply. The only thing that comes to mind is some features aren't obvious to find unless you are very familiar. There are small inconveniences linked to those, such as the inability to easily edit certain small things, or having to do them one by one when it's a series or to find specific information... Perhaps there's been a user guide document sent out once back before I started- no idea! I know the app sometimes has issues but I do not use it. SIQ is the best application to look at my office floor's space layout. It is pretty neat and understandable. It is easy to follow directions and find someone's desk or room on the floor. SIQ is a great platform for growing organizations. It comes in handy during these post-covid hybrid business models. We use it for our sitting arrangements. With its self explanatory user interface, I can book my desired work seat in the office space whenever I wish to go to the office. It provides all the stats/graphical view of the entire office building, the location of different departments and the conference rooms available on any floor. There have been times in the past that I have been confused by the automated emails that are sent out after I've booked a desk on SiQ. This may just be how we've set it up. But if I don't check in within a certain timeframe of the reservation it gets canceled and sometimes I make a last-minute decision to come into the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can use it whenever I want to reserve any desk in my organisation that I am working at. It shows the desk numbers, the people around you and the availability of the desks which is quite convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Both technical support and implementation support were terrible. Tech support inquiries were ignored. Implementation meetings occurred, but there was no follow up. Teem advertised health screening, but it was not available at the promised time, and is still not available at the time of this review.
On the product side, although the Outlook rooms and desk integration was available, you are not able to easily customize the amenities, and we found some bugs that were not addressed.
I cancelled the contract. Teem would not negotiate to just pay implementation costs. I have decided to pay the price of the product but not use it! Stay away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We no longer have assigned desks post-covid and people are all over the office. SiQ allows us to reserve desks for certain periods of time so we can make sure we keep our spot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UX can be a little glitchy sometimes. Even being experienced in multiple technical software tools, I've gotten stuck trying to simply reserve a desk for more than one day.
