Our sales group recently started a startup and we chose Eptica Self Service as a tool after taking into consideration recommendations from our friends. Few months after the purchase, I should say we couldn't be happier. We reduced the inbound emails by a significant amount after our customers started using this tool. This helps to cut down the outstanding questions our customers have. Our customer conversation numbers have increased manifold thanks in no small part played by Eptica.The implementation was a breeze and the support provided by the Eptica team has been top notch. There isn't much to dislike about this, but for the nitpickers, maybe the user interface can be revamped a little bit to be more catchy.
