It's a new platform, so I understand baseline functionalities need to be added. I was a bit shocked when I found out the multi-day event was a new feature recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With Google Calendar as our primary scheduling system, Epoch integrates seamlessly. Updates to event invitations are instantaneous. But what provides the most value for us is the integration with Slack, which aligns well with our company culture. Our employees appreciate receiving reminders in a way that feels more personal than a random system email. The design of Epoch is intuitive and it was adopted very quickly by employees after implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The survey features are a bit limited, and there currently is no way to connect events together as part of a series (i.e., part 1, 2, and 3 that should be attended sequentially). However, the Epoch team has been highly receptive to feedback and I have seen them implement features based on client needs in our time working with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Epoch is a really great resource to share information about upcoming internal events. Creating the events in the dashboard is super intuitive and the integration with Google Calendar makes it very easy to post invites. The team at Epoch is attentive and always offers amazing customer service and thorough troubleshooting. They are always open to feedback and often implement features that are important to us. Epoch is always improving their platform and offering new features! So this may not apply in the future, but one change we would like to see would be around the feedback surveys. Currently, the surveys are available through a convenient Slackbot. We often like to send follow up emails or other comms after events, and would love to have the option to link out to the form outside of Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have GCal as THE centralized calendar for anything under the Instacart umbrella. So, I appreciate that we have a tool like Epoch that reduces meeting calendar noise, and is tailored to how end-users and admins want to see events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Outside of event details and having a high level overview of what's happening at the company, I feel there is an opportunity to integrate this with other tools.
