What do you like best about ePly?
The system is relatively simple to use once you've set up one event. It can be a little tricky at first. There are some quirks, but overall the system works well for our needs for our conferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about ePly?
Customer service. When we first signed with ePly last year, customer service was fantastic. Reps were knowledgeable and we always received prompt responses. Things now are significantly different. We've had a lot of difficulty over the last six months with getting answers and assistance with best practices. They've also changed some of their policies on things they have provided previously, like domains, but not communicated this to customers. This has resulted in our site going down and our organization losing critical business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
