What do you like best about Eploy?

We've used Eploy for about five years now and can't imagine moving to another ATS. It's a really user friendly interface for the recruitment team and hiring managers and the candidate portal and application process is second to none.

It gives us so much ability to customise the system ourselves which we love and definitely take advantage of. And any time we've had ideas for improvements or suggestions for future development Eploy have been really receptive to these.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

Although it's really easy to use once you get to use it, the core portal is quite complicated looking for new starters and there seem to be ten different ways to do the same thing whch makes it a bit more complicated than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Using Eploy - A Three Year Experience"
What do you like best about Eploy?

I've been using Eploy every day for just over three years and can say that it's one of the best applicant tracking systems I've used. There's a lot that the system can do, which is very condusive to our internal processes, and its customisable nature makes it very good when it comes to candidate experience.

I can't speak to its "from-scratch" implementation, as I joined the organisation after this had been completed, but can say that with every development that I've been a part of since then, the Eploy team have been very helpful, organised, efficient, and capable.

Whenever I've contacted their Success team for general support and queries, they're always very quick to respond with solutions that are appropriate and well explained.

Personally, I really enjoy working with the Eploy system and making configuration changes in the back end. Very easy to learn, use, and understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

Despite all its capabilities, there are some bits that the system can't do. With these, we've had to create workarounds in our internal processes and schedule to review these at a later date (as system functionality increases). However, the Eploy team regularly release updates with new features and other improvements, and always take away suggestions for the development team where we have identified a shortcoming. What do you like best about Eploy?

I love how flexible Eploy is and that it's easy to customise to our changing demands (changes to process, addition or removal of fields, flexiblity to edit emails/contracts/templates/company structure) which we can mostly do ourselves.

The dashboards are really useful to prompt action (invite candidates to interview, issue an offer etc.) and display our data in a meaningful way.

The customer support is amazing and incredibly responsive - they're always available to support and guide on the best way to do something within the system. On the rare occasion something goes wrong it's resolved really quickly.

A lot of the items on our wish list have been developed which is incredible and shows that they've really listened to the customer feedback that we (and others) have provided over the years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

Sometimes the navigation can be a bit 'click heavy' between screens until you're used to it.

The integration with job boards could be smoother - particularly with NHS Jobs although an NHS Jobs integration wasn't a requirement when we procured Eploy. It's something they've developed since which is useful, but if you're implementing Eploy (or probably any other ATS) just be sure to set your vacancy template up in a way which is aligned with the job boards you want to use so that you get the most out of it. What do you like best about Eploy?

Eploy is a great ATS that can be deisgned and developed as the business eveolves. There have been very little changes that haven't been able to be implemented but was happy to know that these were currently with thier innovartion team.
