What do you like best about ePayPolicy?

ePayPolicy is great for our independent agency. It easily allows our customers to make payments, and notifies us when those payments are made so we can handle them appropriatesly. We can also send prefilled links to our customers to limit their data input. It has made a huge difference in our agency! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ePayPolicy?

The fees, which are passed on to the client, can be a bit high for cards, although it's probably not out of line with other payment services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ePayPolicy?

The real-time dashboard and email notifications are extremely convenient and practical for anyone who needs immediate accounting information on a daily basis. The secure portal makes my team and my client feel comfortable and confident with processing payments through the online portal, and having our Logo on there helps provide clarity to the client. What do you like best about ePayPolicy?

Epay makes it very easy to send payment links to customers, or let us process the customer's payment ourselves, leaving the customers responsible for the fees. Despite some miscommunications getting set up, we quickly were accomodated and are very happy with the program. We use this system as a personal lines agency and are happy with its success. What do you dislike about ePayPolicy?

There aren't necessarily many downsides besides the payment limits incurred by ePay. However, it is relatively easy to build a history with them and request increased limits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ePayPolicy?

EPayPolicy makes my agency look good because my clients like their easy to use interface and they don't have to give credit card info to the agency. And if they're happy, I'm giddy! I find their links to be simple to use on the agency side also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ePayPolicy?

It's an easy way to have the client input their payment information via CC or Checking and they get an instant receipt. The agency gets an email notifying them of the payment. Saves us time and my staff doesn't have to collect the payment information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ePayPolicy?

User friendly for both the insured and the agency. Less invoices are left unpaid at the end of the month. Customer Support is quick to respond. Works well with our management system. Love that our companies are using ePayPolicy now as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
