In our IT department, Envoy Visitors is solving the problem of managing on-site guests—especially vendors, clients, or employees from other departments—in a secure, trackable, and efficient way. Before Envoy, check-ins were done manually, which made it difficult to maintain accurate visitor records or quickly verify who was in the building.
