Multiple avenues of notifications for the host when guests arrive/sign in. **What do you dislike about Envoy Visitors?** Plan levels are a bit hard to figure out at first. When you think you have the right plan, there is something on the next plan up that you could really use. I found this issue with printers. You can have as many iPad Kiosks as you would like per location, but unless you have the enterprise plan you can only have one printer per location. **Recommendations to others considering Envoy Visitors:** Go for it! You won't regret subscribing to this product. It will make guest registration a breeze and the check-in process pleasing to your visitors. IT will save time for everyone involved with guests or visitors to your location. Review the plans and pick which plan will suit your needs right away, as it is difficult to change plans after payment, especially with your billing dept. It is a well-designed and intuitive system that should be integrated at any company that routinely has visitors to its location. Any product that that saves time, increases security, and brings professionalism to your company is a winner in my book. **What problems is Envoy Visitors solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time spent by reception checking visitors in started to become cumbersome.
