Functionality. I can see who is all in the office and visitors coming. Although not everyone is using it which is frustrating. I don't know how to send out reminders through the app to get them to log in. If there was a function to remind employees with a link attached then they could just hit that link and log in. If I wasn't an administrator I would be able to see as much. When I try to help others they have a whole other view. It would be nice to know what views others have. A manager asked why they couldn't review their own team log-in status. I didn't know how to answer. We love using this software to manage seat and room booking directly from our mobile phone application. Since our worker are mostly working off-site, hybrid workspace is the best option to implement on our workspace and user will need to register and book the office facility that they want to use. The best tools of this platform are with its ability and flexibility in arranging workers desk and store the logs of meeting room users and duration. Envoy is a great program forr a lot of companies looking to optimize their scheduling process. We use Envoy for guest desks and to keep tracking of who is in the office. This promotes safety and attendence reporting, with reports being easy to access. We are looking to use it every day for convenience and tracking. I love the interactive dashboard designs of the platform that give live-feed insights on my office space like how many worker is present today and if any availibility on the work desk that I can book. Our employees receive a text on their mobile device and an email in their Inbox immediately when their guest arrives and checks in. When the receptionist is not available at the lobby entrance, the Envoy device can easily notify hosts of their guests with no delay. It's a perfectly seamless solution for our company's needs. We wish the iPad had a 100% touchless QR feature. As of now, it requires a touch to initiate the QR code.
