All of a sudden they have decided not to re-enable my account after further review. However, I kindly requested that they reconsider. I purchased a template for $71 and had paid for 6 months of support. I tried to make an additional purchase a month later, with the SAME card, so blocking my account seems unnecessary.

I simply wanted access to the template and support I already paid for in good faith. I have been a loyal customer who has spent significant funds on your products. Having my account suddenly disabled with no way to access what I already purchased is incredibly frustrating.

I believe blocking customers from previously purchased products due to an attempted second purchase is unwarranted.

Wish my designer had read up on this company before spending my money. Now I'm wasting my time on disputes because the themes are advertised as doing things they just don't do, and are missing necessary files to make them operational, with ZERO accountability from the sellers or the marketplace.
