I don't like how my account was blocked after purchasing a theme, and I can't access the license or request a refund. I find the software lacking in quality and user-friendliness. I dislike that videos are so heavy, I download similar and sometimes the exact same videos from Storyblocks yet the file size and thus download speed is much faster. I purchased an item on Envato and had some complaints about the product to which I gave it a low rating.

The vendor was then able to log in and file a fake complaint with my account via their ticketing platform where I claimed 'I wanted custom services in exchange for a higher rating'. They banned me from re-rating the product and removed my low rating.

Lack of product quality. For example, we purchased two themes for total of about $50. They download easy, however the downloaded executable is missing core files that allow theme to function. Apparently this is common for Envato. They have an entire department to assist in completing the deliverable. For someone who has the time to wait, say 2-3 weeks, then this is probably fine.
