What do you like best about Enghouse Insights?

Survox is very powerful, but it does not use a GUI interface in the normal sense. Once you are able to code in it though, you can do just about anything you need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enghouse Insights?

IVR helped me ease the processing of phone management for both employees, customers and my business overall. I also liked the voice was easy to understand and wasn't extremely robotic as other systems had provided in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enghouse Insights?

IVR because it is automated sometimes had glitches and it would lead to customer complaints.

I don't have too many complaints but the IVR according too. customers took human interaction out of the process but once they understood our reasoning behind it many of them changed their minds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is quick, effective and accurate. I, personally, have received calls by people using this app and for those who do use this app is an effective tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many people do not answer their phones if they do not recognize the caller. This app does not show the caller's name, only the phone number it comes from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
