What I like most about Enghouse Insights is its unified, cross-channel view of customer interactions. Being able to pull together call logs, chat transcripts, survey feedback, and support ticket data all in one place saves us so much time and gives us a complete picture of the customer journey that we couldn’t get before. The quality management and compliance tools also stand out—they’re robust, reliable, and built for enterprise B2B use cases like ours, especially with GDPR and European data standards in mind.
