What do you like best about Enghouse Insights?

Efficient Tool - Make concurrent calls to several people at same time reducing human effort.It’s Voice is understandable compared to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enghouse Insights?

Slow for person giving feedback as voice speed is auto set to certain words per minute to make the end user understand. Frustrating for people who like to listen fast.

What do you like best about Enghouse Insights?

Automated phone surveys are time-saving as the participants no longer need to go through lengthy interviews. Additionally, participants would feel more comfortable in providing their feedback since responses are ofren anonymous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the downsides of IVR is the human connection since it is automated, it may cause misinterpretation from the users which they would not be able to clarify since it is automated unlike in interviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing, Most of the tie is not usefull because they dont deal with real propleam, and its a way of escape to talk to customer agents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was trying to tell I want to close the account, but it is not allowing me to do so, But there is nothing in IVR which helps with this. In chat Bot is just giving erroe and closing the chat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
