What do you like best about Engagedly?

Many features and highly customizable to our business. We have multiple tiers and employee tracks for promotion and Engagedly has helped us track each employee based on our criteria. Implementation was also very easy and our product specialist was super helpful in every step. Engagedly also has integration with our HRIS which makes user administration a breeze. Engageldy is a good platform that provides easy features to track and monitoring employees performance. Quick onboarding process and fast integration with Google SSO gives more security to the access. Making training schedule and module is also available on the platform. Engagedly has the most cohesive platform for employee engagement needs — having it all in one place makes it the most valuable tool for teams streamlining learning, performance, feedback, and team touchpoints. The reporting features and AI integrations are what's helping take our engagement efforts to the next level. What do you like best about Engagedly?

The thing that I like best about Engagedly is that it has valuable features, such as being able to keep track of your goals acheived, any pending actions that need to be done gets notified to you. What do you like best about Engagedly?

The best part I like about Engagedly is the educational part, where different kinds of courses are being given to users related to enhancing their soft skills or company policies. And the add-on features like keeping a track of the courses you started, notification for dues and Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engagedly?

Sometimes due to technical glitch or heavy traffic of users , the courses will not resume from where it stopped and thus will have to repeat the course from beginning and this could sometime waste the time of the users. What do you like best about Engagedly?

The platform has a lot of features and you can create as complex of an environment as you'd like — however, you can choose to only use what you need, so it's very customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engagedly?

The system to create goals is a little un-intuitive at first — there is definitely a learning curve for creating goals, checking into them, setting up notifications, etc. It can feel very overwhelmng at first and if not carefully introduced, I think this creates a high potential of employee distrust from the beginning. What do you like best about Engagedly?

The goal tracking module is super easy to use and a great way to track your goals visably. It's great that permissions can be set to share your goals with specific managers, and have them work with you on them. It would be nice if the "rewards" system could tie to our swag site so we could reward swag dollars, rather than dollars for other vendors gift cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
