After setting goals for us, we need to update it manually. There should be some way so that goals gets updated according to the work we have completed on the same.

The application could still be user friendly as it is a bit complex to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whether you want them or not, notifications keep you updated on the movement of your projects. When multiple people are involved, and many steps have to happen between meetings, seeing notifications lets you know everyone is working on the project. Notifications popping up regularly are good reminders when you also have items to complete.

When I have questions, I can chat to Engagedly support for answers or clarification on ways to better use the program. I keep this tab open always. I frequently update progress on all the Goals I have created and add those in leadership who need to know how projects are progressing so they can easily view updates.

I keep track of routine, monthly "goals" that I need to complete. I can use the Engagedly "goals" as checklists to keep track of all these tasks. It is not easy to recreate these lists and goals. A copy feature would speed that process up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For our organization, Engagedly allows us to create large 360 reviews. We work in client teams and it was important to us to be able to have people reviewed by each team and not in a standard hierarchy. It was easy to roll out to our entire team and our specific reps are always happy to jump on a call to discuss isses or new features. There are some small quirks that I dislike; A check-in doesn't show up on someones overview list until 3 days before the due date, when doing a review the rating you choose is only outlined in a color similar to the rating button which makes it hard to see what you selected when reviewing, when creating a review template you can't pull the text window bigger in order to see the entire question you are writing, and the integration with Slack is only for responses to feedback requests. Talent analytics gives all the data we need about our employees skills and what skills that our business current need. Engagedly is giving us more power and centralized platform that make it easy to conduct perfromance evaluation process. We have ditch the manual evaluation process and using the AI to collect, capture and reviewing employees performance automatically.
