What do you like best about ENDVR?

Working with ENDVR (almost from day one) has been an enjoyable, valuable training tool for our entire company! Regardless of whether we have Talia, Guillaume or Jaffray jump in to keep us pointed in the right direction, we receive prompt, professional help and support 24/7. Our associates learn and earn while having a good time doing so; to bring those qualities and opportunities into our company has been invaluable. What do you dislike about ENDVR?

What do you like best about ENDVR?

There are so many things to like, but being app based is so key. Putting the power in the staff members hand makes it so easy for them to engage with brands in fun and creative ways, when it suits them, and on their terms. This makes ENDVR such an incredible resource for brands and retailers and really sets it apart.

One of the challenges we do face is just driving engagement and familiarity with the app as we are a first mover brand in our market.

Once staff use it and realise how user friendly it is, you see the belief grow but it's all about getting buy in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ENDVR solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's effectively removing the barriers between retailers and brands and making it easier than ever to build a culture that celebrates product knowledge. It's so versatile it really lets brands get creative about how they present content to staff too.

It also allows brands to reward staff in so many different ways ensuring we maximise engagement across a really diverse account base and critically, it removes so many of the traditional pain points that come with running sales contests, meaning more time can be spent on things that really matter.

ENDVR's ability to provide real time data also ensures you can genuinely track the ROI of different campaigns. You quickly recognise what's selling, what staff want to see, what training resources resonate and how well information is being retained.

Sales incentives and product nights used to sometimes feel like you were screaming into the wind, but ENDVR honestly makes those days feel like the dark ages. What do you like best about ENDVR?

ENDVR has helped us as a regional arm of Burton be able to reach our wholesalers in new and exciting ways. I've been particularly impressed with the ease of use and the efficiency in setting up bespoke and targeted sales contests and learning missions. Highly reccomended. ENDVR provides two beneficial purposes for our business. What do you like best about ENDVR?

What I like most about ENDVR is how it makes communicating with sales associates very simple and fun! It allows our company to influence sales while growing our brand from the grassroots of the outdoor industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using ENDVR for a few months now and I haven't found anything to dislike. Getting over the initial process of learning the platform was very quick thanks to instruction from Kelly Caccamo! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ENDVR solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem for our company was, how can we get our product off of shelves faster than our competitors if we are newer to the store and have lower brand awareness? The answer came from ENDVR. Using this platform we can gamify sales and influence which products are presented to a consumer first. Simultaneously, because the challenges are fun and rewarding, our brand awareness is built to reflect the positive influence we aim to have over consumer's lives. What do you like best about ENDVR?

Sales personnel can learn about products, get discounts, and/or win cash prizes through sales contests; Endvr is a great resource for learning about seasonal new products. At minimum once a week, I try to check ENDVR to see if there are any new sales contests that I might have overlooked. The software is simple to use and functions well overall, providing useful information. The application is user-friendly in terms of ease of implementation, and it is also really easy to integrate from sales contests and quizzes.The customer service staff is quick to reply. What do you dislike about ENDVR?

When taking the quizzes, there were instances, in my opinion, where it would take longer than usual for the next page to display or that there was a glitch on the quiz and we would have to restart from scratch. A lot of useful educational brand product knowledge has been released by ENDVR. Additionally, it promotes a number of products on the platform, including apparel, footwear, and equipment goods brands. Our understanding of the retail training is aided by the fact that using the app to monitor sales contests is far simpler than keeping track of them on paper. What do you like best about ENDVR?

ENDVR has been a user-friendly application. It is an incentive to sell, while furthering your scope of knowledge about the products. The almost immediate response time with customer service during busy season was also much better service than expected! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ENDVR is not solving any business problems exactly, but helps me learn about what products we are carrying. What do you like best about ENDVR?

The ability for a brand to connect directly with sales associates in the stores where we sell our products. We can't be in all places at all times and it makes it so each for us to be somewhere digitally when we can't be there physically.

ENDVR has digitized what have historically been manually and offlined sales processes for us that were exceptionally time consuming for us to implement such as in-person clinics and sales incentives.

Its a very easy platform to use from end to end. We can launch a sales incentive or education to our entire dealer network exceptionally fast, for something that historically might take months.

We also get amazing access to data, which is something we've historically been flying blind as to what happens in the stores that sell our product, which products are selling through. Which we can then share with our sales teams to optimize in-store and generate re-orders.

What do you dislike about ENDVR?

I can't say right now that there is anything glaring that I dislike.

ENDVR removes barriers between us as the brand and the sales associates that sell our products giving us a direct line of communication to influence pruchases in store.

It allows us to reward staff directly to drive further engagement to give us an advantage over our competition in-store

It is an all in one platform meaning we don't need to have differerent providers for each aspect of our in-store retail sales enablement.

It allows us to measure the effectiveness of our in-store sales and marketing activity and the ROI we can generate from each of the campaigns we launch.

What do you like best about ENDVR?

It's a great platform to access fun incentives and rewards from a variety of approved brands. I love being able to access majority of the brands carried at Sporting Life through ENDVR to participate in learning modules, sales contests, rewards and discounts. ENDVR solves the hassle of keeping track of different websites that have the same idea of promoting brands and retail training. What do you like best about ENDVR?

I love being able to learn about new product releases and earn a discount or cash while doing so. It gives me and my staff an edge by motivating us to complete the modules which translates to being able to help customers better. The earned discounts allow us to try products at a lower cost which have had a real impact in usable knowledge on the sales floor. Earning cash helps us to be able to afford the discounts too!

I check the app every time I get a notification for a new module because some are time sensitive and it's fun to get those notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ENDVR?

The app had some bugs earlier on but it has gotten better recently and easier to use. Sometimes there is a bit of lag between completing a module and seeing the discount code or cash appear on my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
